RETURNS CARE AND EXCHANGE POLICY

With an endeavor to spread 100% love care share in the world, we started FABHOUSE, the Linen clothing line with a heart to change. We know when customers will buy Linen Clothing from us, they are also contributing to change in the fashion industry by being a trendsetter, we deeply care about our customers and their purchases. Therefore, our products are made with the highest quality standards. Although if our customer feels the need to exchange or return an item, we will gladly do so, given the following condition.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

  • RETURN POLICY

Returning an item is easy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it using one of the options below. Please note that items returned must be received within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, subjected to if you have purchase 1.6 Mtrs+ and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations, and has all tags attached. We are unable to provide returns under the following circumstances: • Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label. • Undergarments, accessories, shorts, flip flops, and Masks. Products bought from our stores and websites. FABHOUSE.COM reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

  • RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You can raise a Return Request for your item by following the steps below:

(2. Choose the item to be Returned )

(3. Enter details requested and create a return request )

Returns are typically picked up from the original delivery address within 2 to 4 business days. Please ensure your package is ready to be picked up. Securely pack your return items in the original packaging, making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed. Hand over the parcel to our shipping partner. If you miss your return pickup, no second attempt will be made to pick up your return package. The return request will be canceled. Usually, in such circumstances, the executive will try to reach you on your registered mobile number. As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 7-12 working days. If your return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.

 

  • REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-12 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. There are no charges for returns. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque. We are unable to provide refunds for products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per the wash care label. If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item that does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.

  • ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If you received an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received, we will assess and validate it. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.

  • EXCHANGE

We are unable to offer an exchange for products bought on fabhouse.com at this time. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

  • EXCHANGE POLICY

For purchases made at any retail store, you can exchange your products it using one of the options below. Please note that items exchanged must be received within 10 days from the date of purchase from the same store, given the product is resalable and unused, unwashed, unaltered accompanied with original price tags, and original sales receipt is provided at the time of exchange. We are unable to provide exchange under the following circumstances: • Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label. • Undergarments, accessories, flip flops, and masks. • Products bought during Discount/ Promotional schemes • Products bought from our stores and www.fabhouse.com. Fabhouse Pvt Ltd reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet its Exchange Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide an exchange if validated as faulty. Please provide your original retail receipt at the time of exchange.

 

 

 

  • EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Exchanging a product is easy. Visit the same store from where you have purchased within 10 days of your purchase and you request for an exchange, with no questions asked. Please carry your original retail receipt at the time of exchange.

  • EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

For an in-store purchase, an exchange will be offered for the same purchase value. In case of the price differential, the store will not refund the remainder of the cash to the consumer. For exchange request of products bought on MRP, the exchange will be offered against the MRP value of the product, even during the sale. We are unable to exchange products bought during sales or promotion.

  • REFUND

We are unable to provide a Cash/Card refund once the product is sold or billed at the retail stores. FABHOUSE PVT LTD reserves the right to make any amendment
